He gained fame in the 1970s and 1980s, becoming a three-time NWA World Heavyweight Champion and a pivotal figure in wrestling history, known for his storytelling ability and contributions to the sport's popularity. Rhodes also played a significant role in the development of talent in WWE and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2007.
